THURSDAY, APRIL 3
DAVIS, OKLAHOMA
Americana Unplugged Series
Where artists/businesses raise $ for local charities
The La Ville Inn
222 East Main
Davis, OK 73030
Show Time: 7pm to 9pm
http://AmericanaUnplugged.com
713-927-0712
This sounds like a true house concert in that everyone
wins---the artist is paid for her performance, the
audience is provided with an intimate performance (no
sound system), and local businesses match each dollar
the artist raises to help a local charity.
FRIDAY, APRIL 5
I will be visiting a retirement home in Davis before I
drive on to OKLAHOMA CITY, OK
THE BLUE DOOR
2805 North McKinley
Oklahoma City OK 73106
9 pm
http://www.bluedoorokc.com
Come on out and enjoy one of my favorite venues. Sit a
spell, drink something cold, listen to stories and
songs and I might even make up a theme song, just
about you! I had a great time joking around with Greg
Johnson at the Folk Alliance. But you have to come to
the Blue Door
to witness the tom- foolery in action. And it happens
INSIDE. You can't stand outside and expect to hear it
through the walls! Nope.
SATURDAY, APRIL 5
